It has officially been one year since we moved into our new house. But with a new house (or any house for that matter) comes chores, upkeep and even upgrades. When Brent and I first moved in, we laid out a plan to follow throughout the year to help us remember to do the not so fun things around the house as far as maintenance and upkeep. I am prepping our house for my parents’ arrival at the end of this week. I have always enjoyed being a hostess for parties, dinners and overnight guests. This will be the first time for my mom to visit our house so I plan to make it extra special.
